"Again you knocked the socks off us! They related to you like I have
never seen them relate to anyone else. After you left I asked the
group if they would like to have you back for more and it was an
overwhelming YES! They told me this was the best ever meeting and it
was because of you. You gave them lots to chew on and you put
ownership on them to make things happen. I think when you do that
you give them the right to make changes when they feel they can’t.
You show them a simple solution to the change and how to accomplish
it. So many of us do not know how to implement change so we do
nothing at all.
